One of the main complication see in diabetic patients is foot related problems. High blood pressure damages the nerves and thus results in poor blood circulations of blood. Though in the initial stages, it may start with mild tingling in the feet and hands, but gradually grows up and becomes quit painful.

• Tingling and burning in the feet
• Swelling and redness of feet and legs

Infection: Diabetic patients are at high risks to fungal and bacterial infections. High blood sugar levels effects the immune system of the body and thus leads to infections.
Muscle and Joint pains: Another most common problem see in diabetic patients is muscle and joint pains. As the muscles are affected the muscles become stiff and begin to contract. Diabetic patients not only experience muscle and joint pains but also find difficulty in standing and walking.
